The Fund was established in 2010 by the gift of alumnus Frederic N. Halstrom, Esq. ’70. This gift will endow in perpetuity a scholarship, the income of which provides scholarship assistance for a BC Law School student. When selecting a recipient, preference is given to students selected by the Dean of the Law School, who have demonstrated either financial need or academic merit and who are participants in the Law School’s Moot Court Competition.
